How infusion therapy works at Stem Health’s clinic at 1 First Canadian Place, from the physician review to the formulation selected for you. Opening 28 September 2026.
Some seasons ask more of your body. Travel disrupts your routine. Long weeks leave less room for rest. Meals become hurried, and you may begin to feel as though your energy has not quite caught up with you.
If you are considering infusion therapy, the treatment itself is only part of the experience. What matters just as much is the care taken before it begins: understanding your health, choosing an appropriate formulation and ensuring it remains connected to your wider care.
At Stem Health, every infusion begins with a clinical review and is administered by a registered nurse. Nothing is selected in isolation or left outside the rest of your health story.
Before the infusion begins
Your history — and recent bloodwork, where relevant — is reviewed by a physician before your session. Guided by that review, your clinical team selects a formulation suited to your health and the reason for your visit. Each blend is compounded to pharmaceutical standards.
A registered nurse then administers the infusion and remains with you throughout the session. Afterwards, the details are added to your Health Story so the rest of your care team can see what you received.
You are not expected to choose a blend from a menu and hope it is the right one. If something in your history makes a particular formulation unsuitable, it can be identified before you take your seat. The process is careful by design, allowing the experience to feel both personal and reassuring.
A formulation selected with care
Stem offers several established formulations. Your clinical team will help determine which, if any, is appropriate for you. These include:
● The Stem Restore, a foundational blend created for hydration and replenishment after a demanding stretch. New members receive their first Stem Restore as part of their membership.
● The Shield, formulated to support immune health before travel or during a particularly demanding season.
● The Recharge, designed to support steadier energy through long weeks.
● The Reset, centred on hydration and recovery following travel or intensive training.
● The Glow, an antioxidant formulation developed with skin health in mind.
● Relax & Focus, created to support a sense of calm and sustained concentration.
● The Signature, individually formulated around your bloodwork, clinical assessment and health goals.
When bloodwork identifies a clinical need, Stem also provides physician-prescribed treatments such as iron infusions for a diagnosed deficiency. These are ordered from confirmed results and administered with appropriate monitoring.
Time set aside for you
Your infusion takes place in Stem’s lounge, where you can read, work quietly or simply rest. The setting is calm and comfortable, with a registered nurse close by throughout.
Most wellness infusions take approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Certain treatments, including NAD+ therapy, are administered more slowly. However you choose to spend the time, the pace is unhurried and the hour is yours.
Connected to your wider care
At Stem, infusion therapy remains connected to the rest of your care. Your health history helps your clinical team choose an appropriate formulation, and every session is recorded in your Health Story so they can see exactly what you received and why.
If your bloodwork or the way you have been feeling points to something that deserves closer attention, your care team can follow it. A passing concern does not have to remain a loose thread, and the infusion does not become a substitute for understanding what may be behind it.
The experience is designed to feel simple: your clinical team considers the details, your nurse stays close and you have time to pause. The session may last an hour, but the understanding gained around it remains part of your care.
Infusion therapy is available through a Stem membership or as a pay-as-you-go service at our clinic. To discuss which infusion therapy may be appropriate for you, book a private conversation or explore the infusion therapy page.
