Farhara has spent more than ten years leading multi-site healthcare operations across Canada. Her experience includes directing integrated primary and allied healthcare operations across 31 retirement residences in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Quebec, leading dispersed teams of more than 50 clinicians and operational staff.
Her broader healthcare operations experience includes oversight of healthcare centres and clinical programs across Canada, with extensive experience in primary care, allied health, audiology, sleep and respiratory care. She has led clinical teams, new-site launches, operational standardization, workflow development, and performance improvement across complex multi-site environments.
Farhara has an academic background in medicine and health sciences and experience developing operational reporting and analytics using platforms including Power BI, Salesforce, and Business Central.
