STEM HEALTH — Returns & Exchange Policy

At Stem Health, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our returns policy below, which applies to all retail products we sell, including skincare and multivitamin supplements.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted for unopened products in their original, unused, sealed condition within thirty (30) days of purchase. Eligible returns with proof of purchase will receive a full refund for the price of the product to the original payment method. All returns and exchanges must be completed in-store at Stem Health.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item is returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging with all seals intact.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided at the time of return.
All promotional products, including free samples and gift-with-purchase items, are returned along with the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken. This applies to all skincare products and to multivitamin gummies. Items returned after 30 days, or without proof of purchase, are also not eligible.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved in-store, a full refund for the product will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds cover the price of the returned product only; any original shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.

Problems With an Order

If there is a problem with your order, or if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at (416) 572-3500 or orders@stemhealth.ca. Stem Health is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify order details such as shipping information.
